PawCare Booking Platform
Led the frontend development of a veterinary clinic management platform, progressing from frontend team lead to overall team lead. Built the core frontend architecture from scratch with S3 hosting, cloud integration, and comprehensive testing infrastructure. NDA - source code is not publicly available.
Context
Veterinary clinics across the network faced operational challenges with manual appointment scheduling, lack of centralized patient management, and inefficient communication between clinics and pet owners. The need for a unified digital platform became critical to streamline booking processes, improve patient experience, and enable data-driven decision making across multiple clinic locations.

Appointments Booking
The appointment scheduling system allows clients to book veterinary services with real-time availability checking and instant confirmation.
Appointment booking form and time slot selection
Role Based Auth
Role-based access control provides dedicated dashboards for receptionists, veterinarians, administrators, and clients to view schedules and manage appointments.
User authentication and sign-in form
Architecture & Integration
The application followed a React.js and TypeScript frontend architecture with Redux for centralized state management and REST APIs for backend integration. The project used AWS services including S3, EC2, API Gateway, and DynamoDB, with mock data prepared for development and testing. I also worked with Webpack build configuration, Docker containers, and KuberRocket for CI/CD and deployment, contributing to a more consistent and automated development and deployment workflow.
Team Management
The team consisted of frontend and backend developers with a QA group working in an Agile (Scrum) environment. Most team members were new to remote collaboration, which initially created communication challenges between different team parts. Through coordinated efforts, we established clear communication channels, objective project updates, and comprehensive documentation from both backend and frontend. Despite team size reduction, we maintained productivity and successfully delivered the project through constant team updates and documentation improvements.
